Generally these are short scenarios about Masons and Masonry that can be read in just a few minutes. Occasionally I also publish some of my longer Masonic articles and even some personal accounts as well.

The Night Brother Harry Dropped In
One evening in 1948, MWB Harry Truman, President of the United States, evaded his entourage, the press and some of his Secret Service agents to attend the raising of a brother. These two videos tell the story:
I am SO sure I have connections to this story: 1. I AM a Hospital Corpsman, as was Donald Bauermeister. 2. I recall being treated by a Dr Baumeister, having grown up on the south side of Indianapolis, in Southport [graduated Southport HS '68]; was it the same? I am not sure. 3. The first lodge I visited, after being Raised at North Park Lodge #646 in November 1977, was Beech Grove Lodge #694, when a fellow Corpsman in my naval reserve unit was Raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason at Beech Grove Lodge #694, in early 1978.
No, I never met Most Worshipful Brother Truman!
